Do your children need a wellbeing boost?

For the busy teacher or parent/carer, we have curated over 200 fun activities to save you time. So your wellbeing doesn’t suffer while you’re supporting theirs.

With activities from 5 to 30 minutes that give children a ‘toolkit’ of practical life skills.

Based on the 5 Keys to Happiness.

Your 5 fruit & veg a day for mental health.

INCORPORATE INTO EVERYDAY LIFE.

Here are some easy ways you can support wellbeing:

Match activities to suit individual children, small groups, or a whole class, e.g. for mini interventions;

Use at different times during the day, e.g. after playtime or at bedtime to help settle children, between lessons to provide a movement break, or before a test to calm nerves;

Plan a Wellbeing Day for a class, year group, Key Stage, whole school, or family at home.

Choose YOUR KEY TO HAPPINESS.
